4. Selection. A Market Director, Relationship Manager and Network Developer search manually. The client approves each introduction.
5. First match and feedback. The introduction begins the dating and feedback process. Kelleher also includes coaching under its More Than A Match® approach.

Matches can come from paying members and Kelleher's extended network. Paying for a search does not mean every person you meet has bought the same service. Ask how candidates are recruited and how your requirements will be checked before an introduction.

Kelleher International's website states that fees range from $50,000 to $500,000 in 2026. The consultation sets the custom price. Every membership includes a three-person team, coaching and a 1–2-year active search. The published range is for membership, not an annual rate.

Individual reports add context: a New York prospect in June 2013 reported a $15,000 annual quote. Santa Monica reviewers described over $25,000 in June 2021 and a $150,000 quote for 18 months in February 2022. A February 2024 BBB reviewer reported $25,000 for four dates. A Dallas Reddit prospect in February 2026 reported a quote of about $25,000. These are individual historical accounts, not today’s available packages.

What do the refund policy and contract say?

Kelleher does not publish refund or cancellation terms or a promised number of introductions on the pages reviewed. Kelleher guarantees a rigorous process and active search time, rather than chemistry. Request the agreement before paying, including the active term, hold rules, introduction commitment and any additional fees.

New York residents can read New York General Business Law § 394-c alongside the proposal. The review template identifies a three-business-day cancellation right, referrals per month and refund provisions after two months without referrals. Ask how those provisions apply to your agreement.

What lawsuits are behind the “Kelleher International scandal” searches?

Darlene Daggett sued Kelleher International in federal court in Philadelphia in August 2017 over a $150,000 membership. CBS reported that the case settled within hours; terms were undisclosed. Joan E. Cooke's 2012 California lawsuit against Kelleher & Associates concerned $45,000. The case was dismissed with prejudice, according to the HuffPost report and update.

Does Kelleher International have a New York office?

Kelleher's New York page names Genna Gryziec and Madeleine Phelan as its NYC team, covering Relationship Manager and Network Developer roles. Kelleher publishes 212-244-1514 but no NYC street address. The page also mentions New York supper parties.

The 2022 LA Times report says Kelleher permanently closed branch offices during the pandemic and moved to remote work. New York is one of 20 team locations worldwide. A team location does not establish a walk-in office.
